Colt M1911
The Colt 1911 is the handgun that is held by the Starman (Jeff Bridges) when he takes Jenny Hayden (Karen Allen) on the roadtrip. Jenny is later seen firing it in the air to ward off the men who beat up Starman. Also seen in the hands of US military personnel.
Remington 870
One of the Mansfield City Police officers opens fire from his police car on Jenny and the Starman with a Remington 870.
MGC Replica M16 rifle
MGC M16 Replica rifles are used by US military personnel that are seen at checkpoints as well as in the climax of the film.
M-6E3 Weapons System
Mounted on the UH-1 Huey helicopters that pursue Jenny and Starman are M-6E3 Weapon Systems, which are dual automated M60C machine guns controlled by the pilot.
