The user who made that comment must have been confused about what was said.  During the interrogation of the suspect, it's specifically mentioned that the guns were illegal.  The detectives go back to the sporting good store to see if any ''other'' gun purchases were made, not necessarily that they bought the M4's there.  --[[User:Ben41|Ben41]] 08:13, 30 May 2010 (UTC)

Not sure of the model, but in at least one episode, Flynn uses a S&W automatic. If I had to guess I'd say it was a 4566.
