Revision as of 04:45, 20 July 2008
The following guns were used in The Dark Knight
Beretta 92FS
The Beretta M92F is equipped with a silencer in the film, and is used by one of The Joker's henchmen during the bank heist. It is only fired once in an attempt to kill another henchmen.
Glock 18
A Glock 18 is used by The Joker (Heath Ledger) in the bank heist. It has a chrome slide, and is equipped with an extended 30 round magazine. It also is used with a suppressor during the scene in the hospital.
The Joker's henchman in the bank heist also uses a Glock 18, though his gun has a regular black slide and a standard-capacity magazine.
Unknown Ruger Revolver
Not sure of what type of Ruger it is, but pretty sure it's a Ruger. Possibly .38 or .357. Most likely .38.
M16A2
The M16A2 assault rifle is used by National Guard soldiers, and by some of the officers at the funeral.
M4A1
M4A1 carbines are used by the SWAT teams throughout the film, and by some of the National Guard soldiers.
M1 Garand
The Joker and his goons use this in an assassination attempt during a public funeral while disguised as the officers who carry out the 21-gun salute.
RPG-7
A Chinese Type 69 copy of the RPG-7 is used by the Joker during the major chase scene. It is also used to disable the Tumbler.
Skorpion SA
Used by Scarecrow's goon in The Dark Knight (Pictured Below)
AK-47
Used by Scarecrow's goon in The Dark Knight (Pictured Below along with Skorpion)
Unknown Smith and Wesson
Leiutenant Gordon (Gary Oldman) uses this gun, either a 5906 or 4006, in the trailer. We see Gordon storming through a door, accompanied by a SWAT member. He wields this gun, but does not fire.
Remington 870 Short barrel Shotgun
This gun is the Bank Manager's (William Fichtner). He uses it to kill one of The Joker's henchmen when they storm Gothan National Bank. He fires it several more times, at The Joker and his main henchmen, but hits neither. After the Bank Manager is shot, The Joker takes this shotgun, and uses it later in the film, when he crashes a party. (That is seen in the trailer)
Smith & Wesson M76
This weapon is used by The Joker, during his face/off against Batman in the streets of Gotham. He is seen firing it in the trailer, and holding it menacingly.
Micro Uzi
This weapon is used by one of The Joker's henchmen. He fires it upon their break into Gotham National Bank to frighten people. He also hits a security guard in the head with it. He is killed by the Bank Manager, shortly after.
Micro Uzi used by The Joker's Henchmen in The Dark Knight
Batpod
A pair of heavy machine guns or autocannons of unknown caliber are mounted to Batman's (Christian Bale) Batpod.
