The following guns were used in the game:
Colt Police Positive
Identified as "Thirty-Eight" in normal game. Unofficial patches identify it as a Colt Police Positive Special. Chambered in .38. Curiously, purchasing ammunition for it (in six round speedloaders) will describe it as a "Saturday Night Special".
Glock 17C/Glock 19
While referred to as a "Brokk 17C" in the original game, unofficial patches call it a Glock 19. The player can hold up to 340 rounds, or twenty magazines, significantly more than any other pistol in the game. Sold out of a truck in the downtown area, or can be picked up by mid-to-late game firearms wielders.
Ithaca M37
MAC10
SPAS 15
Remington M700
Come in two varieties: an unscoped version given to the player character by Romero, and a scoped version purchaseable from Mercurio, which he identifies as a "SWAT rifle". Uses "high velocity rounds" and only holds one bullet in the chamber.
