The following guns are used in the upcoming film Resident Evil: Afterlife
Dual 12-Gauge Sawed-Off Shotgun
Alice (Milla Jovovich) wields a pair of Short 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotguns in the film. She carries a pair of them in a dual shoulder rig setup.
Colt M4A1 Carbine
Heckler & Koch MP5K
Alice (Milla Jovovich) can also be seen firing an Heckler & Koch MP5K in the film.
Steyr TMP
Alice's clones use what appears to be Steyr TMP machine pistols.
Smith & Wesson Model 500
Alice (Milla Jovovich) carries a pair of 4" Barrel, 500 S&W Magnum caliber; Smith & Wesson Model 500 revolvers in a dual shoulder rig setup on either side of her in the film in addition to her 12 Gauge short barrel shotguns.
Magnum Research Inc. Mark XIX Desert Eagle
Albert Wesker (Shawn Roberts) is seen firing two Magnum Research Inc. Mark XIX Desert Eagles akimbo.

When Wesker throws his glasses like in Resident Evil 5 we see both Claire Redfield (Ali Larter) and Chris Redfield (Wentworth Miller) in the reflection, armed with what appear to be Beretta 92FS's.
