Machete is a 2010 "Mexploitation" film starring Danny Trejo as the title character. The film started out as a mock trailer that was shown as part of the Grindhouse experience which included the films Planet Terror and Death Proof. The trailer was also shown on the Planet Terror DVD. The following screenshots were taken from the various trailers.

An engraved Colt MK IV Series 80 is used by Senator McLaughlin (Robert De Niro) in the film.

Custom engraved nickel plated Colt MKIV Series 80 with pearl grips - .45 ACP. This is the screen used pistol for Robert De Niro playing Senator McLaughlin in the upcoming Robert Rodriguez film Machete (scheduled for release on September 3rd, 2010). Though the slide is marked "MK IV Series 80", it appears to have been a standard M1911A1 frame.
