The following weapons are used in the upcoming Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker for the Sony PSP:

Note: Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker is an upcoming PSP game set after the events of portable ops. I've only seen the trailer (it looks amazing).


M16A1

It shows Big Boss running down a beach with what appears to be an M16A1. It's set in 1974 so that is the standard weapon of the time. it is used in the demo by jungle fatigue snake with a 30 round magazine It also shows four Big Bosses aiming their weapons at a new Metal Gear.
