Unidentified weapons
I was told that weapons I cannot identify ought to be posted here before being moved to the main page, so here they are.
Unidentified automatic pistols
Various automatic pistols are seen throughout the film. Inspector Ginko (Michel Piccoli) uses one kept in a shoulder holster
- Probably Beretta M951 pistols.
- They ARE Beretta M951 Pistols MoviePropMaster2008 20:44, 6 April 2010 (UTC)
They all look like Beretta 92s not sure what model though Ranger01 03:14, 20 February 2010 (UTC)
On second look they look like the original Beretta 92.
- Not possible, because the original Beretta 92 only began production in the 1970s, and the movie was released in 1968.--Markit 03:20, 20 February 2010 (UTC)
- It's worth noting that Ginko's and the one used by Joe (the blond goon) appear to have wood grips. - Kooshmeister
Unidentified snub-nosed revolvers
Crime lord Valmont (Adolfo Celi) uses a large silver snub-nosed revolver to shoot some of his dissenting underlings. Later, Ginko's right-hand man Sergeant Danek, while disguised as a waiter, uses a black snub-nose to shoot at Diabolik.
- I'm pretty sure these are blued and nickel 1st/2nd generation Colt Detective Specials. - Speakeasy804 23:25, 6 April 2010 (UTC)
