The weapons used in this movie are:
M9 Beretta
Used as the standard side arm by the SEALs
MP5SD3
Used by the SEALs during the hostage rescue mission, On the Vehicle Board Search and Seizure and the mission in which they "kidnapped" the collaborator.
MP5K
Used by at least one of the SEALs during the hostage rescue mission.
Colt Commando
Used in three scenes in the movie, carried with an M203 in the mission where chief is killed.
Barrett M82
Used by "God" The SEAL sniper to engage four targets during the hostage rescue mission and again during the Beirut mission. The weapon used is outfitted with a Thermal Imaging Sight and a Night Vision Sight.
Popular to Contrary belief SEALs do utilize the M82A1 for long range, and vehicle interdiction missions.
RPG 7
The RPg-7 is a rocket propelled grenade used by the terrorists.
AKMS
Used extensively during the Beirut Mission by both SEALs and the Opposition Force fighters
