The Presidio is a 1988 film about a mystery surrounding a murder at the US Army installation at the Presidio. It was directed by Peter Hyams (End of Days and Timecop).

The Beretta 92F is the main sidearm of Detective Jay Austin (Mark Harmon).
Smith & Wesson Model 29
Lt. Col. Alan Caldwell (Sean Connery) uses a Smith & Wesson Model 29 with a 3" barrel during the final shootout.
Smith & Wesson Model 19
Army MP Patti Jean Lynch (Jenette Goldstein) carries a Smith & Wesson Model 19 as her sidearm at the beginning of the film.
M1911A1
Sgt. Major MacClure (Jack Warden) uses his museum M1911A1 to threaten Peale at the end of the film. Caldwell is also seen using it.
Heckler & Koch SP89
During the final shootout, Peale's henchman Mark (Patrick Kilpatrick) uses the H&K SP89 modified to resemble the MP5K against Caldwell and Austin.
Ithaca 37 Stakeout
Spota, another one of Peale's men, fires an Ithaca 37 at Lt. Colonel Caldwell.
