The following firearms were used in the film North by Northwest:
Colt Model 1908 Vest Pocket
Phillip Vandamm's (James Mason) two henchmen, Valerian (Adam Williams) and Licht (Robert Ellenstein) use a Colt Model 1908 Vest Pocket when kidnapping Roger Thornhill. Later, Eve Kendall (Eva Marie Saint) uses one to "shoot" Thornhill at Mt. Rushmore. Leonard (Martin Landau) fires it at Vandamm towards the end to show him that it was loaded with blanks when fired at Thornhill.
