:::Both of you need your eyes examined. That is NOT a standard G3 barrel. It's too long and it is a tapered barrel like the SR9. Also check out the rear sight and the thing that looks like an integral brass deflector behind the ejection port. Regular G3A3 my butt. ;) [[User:MoviePropMaster2008|MoviePropMaster2008]] 23:11, 2 March 2010 (UTC) | :::Both of you need your eyes examined. That is NOT a standard G3 barrel. Revision as of 23:12, 2 March 2010
Finally finished
Now it's all completely screencapped, how does everything look? I know some of the pictures aren't the best quality, so if there's any you think should be removed, please let me know beforehand. Death
- Why did you remove some of the previous pics that were of superior quality? Rule No 1 for IMFDB, best pics stay, regardless of who puts them on the page. MoviePropMaster2008 21:26, 31 December 2009 (UTC)
Its great how you added more photos but some are pretty dark and hard to see. One thing I would think about doing is really trying to limit the spoliers in the page. Im not sure if your wrote them all or not, but there is a real lot present in the decriptions and captions. Things such as "Later in the film it is used by Megan (Emma Cleasby) after Joe is killed. Cooper finally uses it to kill Captain Ryan in his werewolf form." Can be redone to not give out so much info. --Mauser 05:49, 1 January 2010 (UTC)
- I concur. That kind of Spoilers is specifically against IMFDB rules. MoviePropMaster2008 07:42, 1 January 2010 (UTC)
- Sure thing, I can change them up, I just wanted to show how it was used by other characters that's all, and the reason or removal of the other images is because a lot of them seemed to be just google images, not actual screencaps. My apologies, I wasn't aware of that rule. Death

A few little things.
How does it look? I'm not completely finished with this page yet, there's a few more images and info I want to add and to add the stun grenade used, hopefully I can get some help identifying it. And also, I feel that some of the dialogue in this film would make nice quotes for the main page, such as "Well we might have pissed on our chips. We've only got two full mags for the MP5's, six rounds for the shotgun and one spare, just in case..." Anyone else? Death 01:21, 30 December 2009 (UTC)
- It looks great, much more complete! As for the Main Page quote, it might be OK, though it's not so "self-explanatory" as some of the others we usually put. -MT2008 01:31, 30 December 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks, I had to do this film justice, it's one of my favourites. And what exactly do you mean by "self explanatory"? I always thought you just took cool quotes relating to guns. Death 01:36, 30 December 2009 (UTC)
- They have to make sense to people who aren't 100% familiar with the film. So what's the deal with the "Pissed on our chips" quote? What's so exceptional about that sentence? Just curious since it just seems banal, thats all. MoviePropMaster2008 21:28, 31 December 2009 (UTC)
I think we should add a quote from Sgt. Wells "We are now up against live, hostile targets. So, if Little Red Riding Hood should show up with a bazooka and a bad attitude, I expect you to chin the bitch." But that's up to yall.
Other than that good job on the page, Ive been waiting for someone to do this one justice.

I agree, that's a pretty funny quote, and thanks, but I can't help but think I may have overdone the images a little. Death
SR9(T)
Can anyone explain to me how this gun is an SR9(T)? It looks to me like a regular G3A3 with its flash hider removed. -MT2008
I thought it might've been a regular G3 myself (also look at the grip), but it was listed as a SR9(T) before I started work, so I left it as it was. Since I'm not the only one who thinks so, I'll list it as a G3A3 for now unless proved otherwise. Death
- I think whoever wrote that it's an SR9 was mistaken. It's definitely a G3A3. They even referred to it as a G3 during the commentary. -MT2008 21:17, 30 December 2009 (UTC)
- Excellent, so we were right. It's good to see members of a film crew who actually know what weapons they're dealing with. Death
