The following weapons appear in the game Brothers in Arms: Earned in Blood
M1 Garand
The M1 Garand is one of the most common weapons. Joe "Red" Herstock uses this in almost all levels.(EDIT: it's Hartsock not Herstock --TAG)
Thompson M1A1
This is another common weapon and is the main weapon of Desola and Red. You learn Red Preffers this weapon in Broters in Arms: Hells Highway
M1A1 Carbine
Some paratroopers are seen using these and on the D-Day Jump you use one.
M1918 BAR
Commonly used in the game, you start with it in a few levels.
M3 Grease Gun
Only used in a few levels.
MP-40
The main sub-machinegun of the Germans.
Kar98k
The main rifle of the Germans.
Stg44
Used in a few levels by the Germans.
FG42
