The following firearms were used in the film Internal Affairs:
Beretta 92FS
LAPD officer Dennis Peck (Richard Gere) carries a Beretta 92FS as his service sidearm throughout the film. During the ending, Kathleen Avila (Nancy Travis) picks it up and holds it on him.
Colt Python
Peck's partner, Van Stretch (William Baldwin), carries a Colt Python as his service sidearm. Officer Dorian Fletcher (Michael Beach) carries one, dropping it when he is shot.
Ithaca 37
The hitman hired by Peck to kill Van Stretch uses an Ithaca 37.
M16A2
The LAPD guards at Van Stretch's funeral fire M16A2 rifles into the air.
Uzi
Demetrio (Marco Rodriguez) and his partner carry and fire Uzi submachine guns when confronted by IAD and SWAT.
M16A1
The SWAT officers that arrive when Avila and Wallace confront Demetrio have M16A1 rifles.
Beretta Cheetah 84BB
Both Internal Affairs officers Raymond Avila (Andy Garcia) and Amy Wallace (Laurie Metcalf) carry Beretta Cheetah 84BB pistols as their standard weapons.

An officer with Avila during the shootout with Demetrios carries a M1911A1.
Beretta 950 Jetfire
Dennis Peck (Richard Gere) tosses a Beretta 950 Jetfire to Steven Arrocas (John Kapelos) when Arrocas catches Peck with his wife.

After she is shot by Peck, Amy Wallace's Smith & Wesson Model 36 can be seen on the ground next to her.
