A Smith & Wesson Model 15 is used by Butch Haynes (Kevin Costner) and his accomplice Terry (Keith Szarabajka) in the film.

A Smith & Wesson Model 19 is used by Chief Red Garnett (Clint Eastwood), fitted with a pearl grip.
M14 Rifle
An M14 fitted with a scope is used by Bobby Lee to take aim at Butch (Kevin Costner) near the end of the film.
