After her issued SIG is taken from her she seems to be using a personally owned Glock 17 or 22.  The Glock 22 is currently standard issue with the  FBI.  But most likely it was a Glock 17 since Hollywood prop master tend to prefer Glock 17's for 9mm pistols tend to be more reliable with blanks.

Glock 17

SIG Sauer P226 9mm

Clarice (Julianne Moore) uses a SIG Sauer P226 9mm in the opening "Fish Market shootout". The P226 9mm used to be standard issue for the FBI.
