Nice, but where's the trigger? This article or section is incomplete. You can help IMFDB by expanding it. |
The following weapons are seen in the film Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen:
M4A1 Carbine
Major Lennox (Josh Duhamel), CMSgt. Epps (Tyrese Gibson), and another of their men can been seen holding M4A1 carbines. Apparently all the M4s as well as other weapons used by the humans were dressed up a bit to look more futuristic and a lot of them were using polycarbonate magazines. They appear to be modified to use special Sabot ammo as it was stated in the first transformers film that this was the only type of ammunition that could hurt them. Also using Magpul CTR Stock.
M203 Grenade Launcher
Several NEST soldiers have M203 grenade launchers mounted on their M4A1 Carbines.
Some are also holding stand-alone M203s.
Mk 46 Mod 0
The Mk 46 Mod 0 is seen sitting on the ground while dozens of extras suit up. The rifle seem to be fitted with silencers as well.
SIG-Sauer P226
A SIG-Sauer P226 is seen in a Blackhawk tactical holster on CMSgt. Epps’ vest.
Hand Held M134 Minigun
A Hand Held M134 Minigun is seen being used by an unnamed extra. Movie armorer Steve Karnes had the following to say about the film thread on our discussion forum. "You missed the hand held Dillon M134DT Titanium Minigun with a carbon fiber backpack ammo box with power source. I designed and built the hand hold mount for the Minigun. It's a different set up than the old style used in Terminator 2: Judgment Day. The set up for Transformer 2 is the same one we used in GI Joe except it was a standard M134 and not the Titanium model."
Milkor M32 MGL
The Milkor M32 MGL is seen being held by an extra while suiting up. Seen in action by NEST troops throughout the film.
Browning M2HB Heavy Machine Gun
A soldier on top of the tank is manning the Browning M2HB heavy machine gun. The Browning M2 is seen mounted on several military vehicles. A simular one is seen on Sideswipe's back when he flipps over Sideway, and kills him.
AKM
AKM rifles were seen in the hands of fake Egyptian soldiers (Iraqi Republican guard berets, shoulder boards) at the Egyptian/Jordanian border.
M16A2
A number of M16A2 rifles were seen in the hands of Jordanian special forces soldiers after their Black Hawk helicopter was shot down by the Decepticons in Egypt. A few can also be seen in the hands of U.S. military personnel when N.E.S.T. is disbanded.
Heckler & Koch HK416
A Heckler & Koch HK416 was seen in the hands of a NEST soldier during the search for the Decepticons in Shanghai.
M249 SAW
A heavily modified M249 SAW made to look "futuristic," is seen used by NEST troops in the battle at Egypt.
Mini-RPG-7
The mini RPG-7 seen mounted on the backs of one of the "mini transformers" Sam accidentally creates at his home.
Heckler & Koch G36K
The Heckler & Koch G36K is seen wielded by a NEST soldier, with a Heckler & Koch AG36 Grenade Launcher attached.
MG42
Ravage has sawed-off MG42s on his back which was used to destroy vehicles and NEST soldiers when a decepticon breaks in a facility to steal an All Spark shard.
GAU-8/A Avenger Gatling Gun
Although never seen in action (maybe they did see action, too many explosions going off), 2 A-10s fly over in the Egypt battle scene, fitted with these devastating guns.
NEST Chainguns
Several NEST vehicles are armed with mocked up Doom style chainguns. While they look like GAU-19/As they are much smaller than the real thing. They are about the same size as a HMMWV mounted M134D Minigun. Secondly the amunition canisters are smaller than those for either aformentioned system.
M141 SMAW-D
A M141 SMAW-D is seen on the back of a NEST soldier, fitted with a night vision scope, riding in a motorcycle during the Shanghai search for Decepticons.
Heckler & Koch P2A1
A possible Heckler & Koch P2A1 Flare Pistol is seen being fired.
M240
A M240 is seen mounted on a NEST vehicle.
Handheld Stun Gun
A true TASER was not used in the movie, as the devices used to stun the guards at the museum were cheap contact only stun guns that cannot shoot.
Bushmaster M17S
A number of Bushmaster M17S rifles were seen in the hands of Chinese police officers in Shanghai. It is possible that the M17S rifles were standing in for modern Chinese bullpup rifles like the Norinco QBZ-95 rifle.
