:Actually, isn't this a Heckler and Koch G3/SG-1 (or at least an attempt at one). It does not have a bolt-closing assist on the receiver (as the MSG-90 does), and it appears to have just a raised cheek-rest, as opposed to the adjustable one fitted on the MSG-90. Another item to take note of is the folding under-handguard bipod. This is commonly fitted to the G3/SG-1, but is more rarely fitted to the MSG-90 series (as it is not adjustable and really not that useful for the types of situations the MSG-90 would be called into use for).[[User:SAWGunner89|SAWGunner89]] 04:16, 14 December 2009 (UTC) | |||

The following weapons were seen in the film Angels & Demons:
SIG-Sauer P226R
A SIG-Sauer P226R is used by Inspector Olivetti and Lieutenant Chartrand. Also professor Robert Langdon (Tom Hanks) uses one to shoot out the airtight glass. Due to a continuity error, the gun changes to an older-model P226 (without the rail) in several scenes.
Beretta 92FS
The Italian Carabinieri are armed with the Beretta 92FS.
Glock 19
A suppressed Glock 19 is used by the Assassin throughout the film.
Beretta M12
A Beretta M12 is very briefly seen in the hands of a Carabinieri officer.
Heckler & Koch MP5
Heckler & Koch MP5A3s as well as A2s were seen in the hands of Carabinieri GIS operators and Swiss Guards. The MP5s used by the GIS have laser and tactical light attachments.
1911
A 1911 pistol is seen briefly in Richter's gun safe.
Heckler & Koch MSG90A1
A Police sharpshooter can be seen armed with a Heckler & Koch MSG90A1 overlooking Saint Peter's Square.

Armory
A multitude of firearms can be seen in the Swiss Guard armory, many of which would not be used by the Swiss Guard.
