Stolen off a security guard by the suspect Brian is chasing, the suspect fires multiple shots at him from it before being tackled and arrested. A continuity error happened when a 7th shot was fired from the revolver.

A full size Uzi was seen in the hands of Campo's thugs and then fired in the shootout in the Mexican desert by Brian (Paul Walker).
