The following firearms were used in the movie Blood Diamond
Glock 26
Danny Archer (Leonardo DiCaprio) carries a Glock 26. He is briefly seen trying to meet with one of the commanders with the RUF and is stopped by Commander Rambo (Ato Essandoh). Commander Rambo doesn't trust Danny when his plane flies away. Danny disarms and raises his hands to show he means peaceful intentions to trade weapons for diamonds. The pistol is never seen for the rest of the movie, presumably confiscated when he is caught later smuggling diamonds.
Heckler & Koch USP
The H&K USP is used several times in the movie. It is used by the South African commandos, and later picked up by Solomon Vandy (Djimon Hounsou)'s son Dia Vandy (Kagiso Kuypers), while under the effects of the RUF's brainwashing.
Heckler & Koch USP Compact
An H&K USP Compact is used by Danny. He Purchases the weapon from a dealer at a bar for a couple hundred dollars after having his Glock 26 confiscated while smuggling diamonds. He later gives it to Solomon near the end of the film when he tells him that he will stay and hold off Col. Coetzee's men so Solomon can make his escape.
Smith & Wesson Model 629
Commander Rambo of the RUF wields a Smith & Wesson Model 629 revolver when he confronts Danny and demands his weapon. There is a slight possibility the revolver could be a Smith & Wesson Model 686, however the barrel looks about 5" which would likely make it the 629 model.
Saint-Etienne M1873
A local militia man point a French Saint-Etienne 1873 11mm at Solomon thinking he is RUF. The gun may be a M1874 which is the same gun with a fluted cylinder. It isn't seen again in the movie.
Browning Hi-Power
Captain Poison (David Harewood) uses a Browning Hi-Power to kill slaves accused of smuggling diamonds. It isn't seen again in the movie.
CAR-15
A CAR-15 appears in the movie, the barrel is different from a standard M4. It is used by numerous SA commandos during a raid. They feature camouflage paint and accessories such as tactical flashlights and M68 Aimpoint scopes.
AK-47/AKMS
AK-47 derivatives are used by the Revolutionary United Front (RUF) and the Sierra Leone troops, likely provided by smugglers like Danny Archer in exchange for blood diamonds. The vast majority of the AKs used by the soldiers and rebels are the Chinese Type 56-1 (an AKMS clone, distinguished by the hooded front sight). However, some Russian-made Type II AK-47s (milled receiver) are also seen in the film; Danny acquires one from a rebel during the attack on the RUF mining camp and uses it to dispatch enemies.
Early-Contract Heckler & Koch G3
A RUF miltia member is seen toting an old spec H&K G3 with wooden handguards & stock though without seeing the rear sight.
DShK Heavy Machine Gun
When the RUF invade town, one of the members is shooting a DShK heavy machine gun from a pickup truck. Another can be seen door-mounted on an Mi-24 Hind used by the commandos in their raid on the RUF being fired by Col. Coetzee (actually, the one on the Hind is a later NSV).
Browning M2
A Browning M2 is used by the military escorting the press convoy.
Sterling L2A1
Several Sierre Leone army soldiers can be seen carrying Sterling submachine guns.
M16A2
Several Sierre Leone army soldiers can be seen with M16A2s.
PK
A PK machine gun can be seen mounted in a helicopter door.
