Movie M16A2s are typically A2 uppers on A1 lower receivers, with A1 flash hiders.  This is explained on our entry for the [[M16A2]].  We still refer to these weapons as M16A2s because that is the rifle they are intended to depict.  Also, I don't know what you mean about the gun being "pure Hollywood and not a real one."  Most "Hollywood guns" are real weapons that have been adapted to fire blanks, and this is certainly the case here. -[[User:MT2008|MT2008]] 14:02, 3 November 2009 (UTC)

We still refer to these weapons as M16A2s because that is the rifle they are intended to depict. Also, I don't know what you mean about the gun being "pure Hollywood and not a real one."
