Winchester Model 70
In the beginning of the film two hunters hunting with Winchester Model 70s find the body of Melquiades Estrada.
Smith & Wesson 686
A Smith & Wesson Model 686 is the sidearm of Sheriff Belmont(Dwight Yoakam).
Look at the emblem on the bottom of that revolver's rubber grip. It is the emblem of the Taurus. That is a Taurus revolver, not a Smith & Wesson.
Mossberg 590
A Mossberg 590 is seen briefly when Pete comes in to inquire about Melquaides.
Beretta 92FS
A Beretta 92FS is the sidearm of Mike Norton(Barry Pepper) in the film as he is a Border Patrolman.
