That may be, but if it is not semi-automatic only (as it clearly is not), it has a full-auto lower. Therefore, it is most likely an M4A1 with a civilian-type upper receiver. Since the weapon is (regardless of its full-auto capabilities) obviously similar to an M4 (civilian versions are often known as "M4geries"), it is still close enough. You are being needlessly confusing otherwise to call it an "AR15", and since it is automatic, it seems irrelevant.
