The following guns were used in the movie Scream 3
Colt Python
Dewey (David Arquette) uses this gun throughout the film, He takes several shots at the killer but the killer has a bullet proof vest on and the gun was also empty when Dewey had a perfect shot at the killer. Sidney too uses a Colt Python to shoot the killer, but the kilers vest also protects him.
Smith & Wesson 5906

Detective Mark Kincaid (Patrick Dempsey)'s standard side arm throughout the film is the S&W 5906. FIE Titan
Sidney takes a FIE Titan out of a drawer in the police station just before she heads for Miltons mansion. She is later forced by the killer to throw it in the pool at Miltons mansion. Sidney, however also brought a Colt Python.
Remington 1866 Derringer
