Another Stakeout (1993)

In this sequel to the 1987 movie Stakeout, Seattle PD Detectives Chris Lecce (Richard Dreyfuss) and Bill Reimers (Emilio Estevez) are assigned to a stakeout of a possible mob witness.

The following firearms were used in the movie Another Stakeout:

Sniper Rifle

There is a long barreled pistol, done up as a rifle (it is a Clone of a Colt Single Action Army pistol) that has a carbine length bull barrel, and a bipod and black synthetic buttstock. It commonly appears in television shows filmed in Canada and is apparently common in Canada, but nearly non-existent in the United States. Since the 'shootout' scenes of this film were done in British Columbia, I assume that this is another one of those weird hybrid handgun/rifles that I've seen so many Canadian Armorers use. I've actually seen carbine configuration revolvers outside of movie props that look very much like this movie weapon, including a Smith & Wesson Model 28 Highway Patrolman. Hexslinger 06:34, 21 September 2009 (UTC)
