Nice, but where's the trigger? This article or section is incomplete. You can help IMFDB by expanding it. |
In this sequel to the 1987 movie Stakeout, Seattle PD Detectives Chris Lecce (Richard Dreyfuss) and Bill Reimers (Emilio Estevez) are assigned to a stakeout of a possible mob witness.
The following firearms were used in the movie Another Stakeout:
Sniper Rifle
There is a long barreled pistol, done up as a rifle (it is a Clone of a Colt Single Action Army pistol) that has a carbine length bull barrel, and a bipod and black synthetic buttstock. It commonly appears in television shows filmed in Canada and is apparently common in Canada, but nearly non-existent in the United States. Since the 'shootout' scenes of this film were done in British Columbia, I assume that this is another one of those weird hybrid handgun/rifles that I've seen so many Canadian Armorers use. I've actually seen carbine configuration revolvers outside of movie props that look very much like this movie weapon, including a Smith & Wesson Model 28 Highway Patrolman. Hexslinger 06:34, 21 September 2009 (UTC)
Smith & Wesson Model 29 snub nose
Detective Chris Lecce (Richard Dreyfuss) carries the S&W Model 19 as his primary sidearm.
Glock 17
Detective Bill Reimers (Emilio Estevez) carries a Glock 17 during the opening chase. He switches to a Generation 3 Glock with a stainless steel slide at the end of the movie.
Beretta 92F
Seattle Detective Wills (Blu Mankuma) mistakenly fires on Reimers and Lecce near the end of the film with his Beretta 92F. After Wills is wounded, Lecce picks up his gun and uses it to shoot Castellano.
Colt Commander
Seattle Det. Steve Gilliam (Thomas Mitchell) mistakenly fires on Reimers and Lecce near the end of the film with his Colt Commander. Castellano pulls a nickel plated Colt when he holds Gina (Rosie O'Donnell) hostage.
SIG-Sauer P220
One of the agents protecting Luella Delano at the beginning of the film is seen drawing a SIG-Sauer P220.
