Its possible this weapon could be the SAM Inc. made 'Crossfire' rifle, which is a hybrid mix of 7.62mm assualt rifle and 12 guage shotgun. AO-63 assault rifle?
Not sure about the weapon used by Nikolai Rachenko(Dolph Lundgren) but its most likeley an FN FAL with the muzzle modded to imitate twin barrels to mock up a Russian AO-63 assault rifle, The magazine also has the front slightly extended to form a grip. Can be seen if you click here at 01:45 seconds.
