AO-46 assault rifle?
Not sure about the weapon used by Nikolai Rachenko(Dolph Lundgren) but its most likeley an FN FAL with the muzzle modded to imitate twin barrels, The magazine also has the front slightly extended to form a grip. Can be seen if you click here.
