The standard rifle of the men in Iraq is the M4A1. Sgt. Shriver (Channing Tatum) has his M4A1 fitted wtih a scope, foregrip, and laser sight. SSgt. King (Ryan Phillippe) carries an M4 with a M203 Grenade Launcher underneath.
M249 SAW Para
The paratrooper version of the M249 SAW is seen being fired by Burgess (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) during the battle in Tikrit.
M240 Machine Gun
The M240 GPMG (most likely a mocked-up FN MAG 58) is seen mounted on a Humvee and then fired by Burgess.
