Smith & Wesson Model 29
Seth Gecko's (George Clooney) revolver is a Smith & Wesson Model 29 with a 3 inch full lug barrel and pachmayr compact grips It is later picked up and fired by both Scott (Ernest Liu) and Kate Fuller (Juliette Lewis).
You'd think a professional criminal would know it's a stupid idea to put a gun to his head, finger on the trigger no less - Shooter
Colt Mk IV Series 70
Although we could speculate about the manufacturer of the pistol carried by Richard Gecko (Quentin Tarantino), it is undoubtedly a M1911 pistol series Government model, with what looks like a stainless steel finish.
Codpiece Revolver
In defending himself against Razor Charlie (Danny Trejo) as the vampires begin their slaughter, Sex Machine (Tom Savini) uses the infamous Codpiece Revolver, as also seen in Desperado.
Unknown .357 Revolver
The liquor store clerk (Pete Bottoms) draws an unknown silver 4" revolver from his safe and shoots Richie (Quentin Tarantino) through the hand with it. By the looks of it it's probably a .357 Magnum in stainless steel, one of various possible makes and models.
Though, it's admittedly not an easy task to identify the handgun here, but from what I recall while watching the movie, the store clerks gun could have been a Ruger Security Six in cal. .357 Magnum. Clearly it is a double-action revolver. Look at the enclosed ejector shroud which rules out a Smith & Wesson model 64, 65, 67, which lack that feature. It might possibly be a Smith & Wesson M66 "Combat Magnum", which has a shrouded ejector rod. Another possibility might be a Ruger Redhawk, but I believe the Redhawk is noticeably bigger and usually has a longer barrel (5.5-inch or 7.5-inch are the most often encountered barrel lengths in a Redhawk) than the gun shown in the picture. At any rate, his specimen is evidently stainless-steel or has a nickel-plated finish.
Shotguns
Jacob Fuller (Harvey Keitel) locates a pistol gripped 12 Gauge shotgun under the bar and uses it with a baseball bat to make a cross to both repel and shoot vampires. This is a Mossberg 500-series shotgun with a synthetic loop foregrip .
Additionally, the two shotguns weilded by Danny and Manny seem to be Mossbergs as well, or possibly the Remington 870 Shotgun.
It could be either of these
Colt Revolver
In the script says that the Texas Ranger Earl McGraw uses a colt he never have the chance to draw it
