Alien Nation - The Series was a television show based on the Movie with James Caan and Mandy Patinkin. The Series ran for several seasons as well a several made for TV movies. The Characters of Detective Sikes and Francisco were played by actors, Gary Graham and Eric Pierpoint in the television show.

The Following guns were used in the show:

Smith & Wesson Model 10 Snub nosed revolver

For appears to be an odd choice, in the Pilot Episode, Detective George Francisco (Eric Pierpoint) carries a Smith & Wesson Model 10 Snub nosed revolver (.38 Special) . It would have been more correct for him to carry a Model 27 Snub nose (.357 Magnum) which was more common for LAPD detectives in the 1970s-1980s. But upon careful examination of the front end of the barrel (when compared to all of the other Smith & Wesson Snub nosed revolvers in other calibers, this does appear to be a Model 10.

Looks more like a Colt to me, especially with the exposed cylinder rod.

Beretta Model 92SB

Whereas in the movie, Sikes carried a Model 92FS, in the television show, Detectives Sykes (Gary Graham) carries a Beretta Model 92SB pistol.
