Sisyphus: The Myth (Korean title: 시지프스: the myth, Sijipeuseu: the myth; also released as Sisyphus) is a Korean 2021 sci-fi drama series. The series follows Han Tae-sul (Cho Seung-woo), a gifted engineer who is visited by Kang Seo-hae (Park Shin-hye), a survivor of a nuclear war who was sent back in time to prevent the war from breaking out. The series follows the two as they work together together to investigate the causes of the war and prevent it from happening and destroying the world.
The following weapons were used in the television series Sisyphus: The Myth:
Kang Seo-hae (Park Shin-hye) uses a customized Beretta 92FS Inox throughout the series. Her pistol is equipped with a riser with an attached flashlight, custom grip, and personal paintjob and stickers.
Glock 17
Glock 17s are used by multiple characters throughout the series. In Epicode 8, Kang Seo-hae picks up and uses a full-auto converted Glock 17.
CAA RONI
Glock pistols equipped with the CAA RONI pistol-carbine coversion kit are used by multiple characters throughout the series.
Glock 18C
Glock 18Cs are used by multiple characters throughout the series. Some of the Glock 18s appear to stand in for the Glock 17.
Beretta M9A1
Sigma (Kim Byung-chul) uses a nickel-plated Beretta M9A1 as his handgun throughout the series.
Korea Special-Purpose Weapon
Kang Seo-hae (Park Shin-hye) uses a Korea Special-Purpose Weapon (KSPW) in Episode 5. Its apperance serves as the first time the KSPW is used in a Korean-based production.
Park Hyeong-do (Sung Dong-il) uses a King Arms Python .357 Evil (an airsoft replica of the Colt Python) as his main handgun throughout the series.
Police revolvers
A group of policemen are seen aiming multiple revolvers in Episode 3.
Submachine Guns
SIG-Sauer MPX-K
The operatives of the Control Bureau also use customized SIG-Sauer MPX-Ks throughout the series. They are likely airsoft replicas, judging by the rails integrated to the bottom of the handguard.
IMI Uzi
A survivor in the future is seen with an IMI Uzi in Episode 13.
Shotguns
Remington 870
Uhm Seon-ho (Jung Ha-joon) and his brother Seon-jae (Lee Myeong-ro) use the Remington 870 throughout the series. Seon-ho's Remington is full-length, while Seon-jae's shotgun has a short barrel and pistol grip. Another sawed-off Remington 870 is seen with a post-apocalyptic survivor in Episode 13.
Winchester Model 1912
Bingbing (Lee Si-woo) is seen with a sawed-off Winchester Model 1912 throughout the series.
Assault rifles
FN SCAR-L
Kang Seo-hae (Park Shin-hye) uses a customized tan FN SCAR-L throughout the series. The rifle is equipped with an EOTech 553 holographic sight, a silencer, an underbarrel laser, a side-mounted flashlight, a VLTOR CASV handguard, and a custom paintjob and stickers like her 92FS.
Colt M4A1
Kang Dong-gi (Kim Jong-tae) uses a customized M4A1 throughout the series. The rifle is later used by Kang Seo-hae (Park Shin-hye). Another customized M4 in seen on a drone car in Episode 5.
Heckler & Koch HK416 A5
Sigma's operatives and subordinates are seen throughout the series with Heckler & Koch HK416 A5s. However, they do not have the ambidextrous bolt release, indicating they may be mockups built on generic AR-15 receivers.
CZ BREN 2
One of Sigma's subordinates is seen with a CZ BREN 2 in Episode 15.
Type 56
A survivor in the post-apocalypse is seen with a Type 56 assault rifle in Episode 13.
Steyr AUG A1
Another survivor in the post-apocalypse is seen with a Steyr AUG A1 in Episode 13. In the same episode, another AUG can be seen in Yeo Bong-seon's car trunk.
