Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area 종이의 집: 공동경제구역 Jongi-ui Jip: Gongdonggyeongjeguyeok
Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area (Korean title: 종이의 집: 공동경제구역, Jongi-ui Jip: Gongdonggyeongjeguyeok; lit. "The House of Paper: Joint Economic Area") is the 2022 Korean adaptation of the first season of the 2017-2021 Spanish crime drama Money Heist. The series takes place in an alternate 2025 where South and North Korea are undergoing a reunification process, and follows a group of criminals led by an individual only known as "The Professor" as they attempt to take control of and print 4 trillion Korean won (around 2.9 billion USD) in the Unified Korea Mint of the Joint Economic Area, an economic zone on the borders of and managed by the two Koreas.
Most of the firearms in the series appear to be airsoft replicas. Rather poor attempts to hide this can be seen at times, as well as various flaws in the guns themselves.
The following weapons were used in the television series Money Heist: Korea - Joint Economic Area:
The Glock 17 is used by multiple members of the heist crew and their associates, as well as being the sidearm of Seon Woo-jin (Kim Yun-jin) and the officers of the South Korean SOU (Special Operations Unit).
Tokarev TT-33
The Tokarev TT-33 is used by several North Korean characters.
Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS is seen with multiple characters.
Beretta 950 Jetfire
Lee "Tokyo" Hong-dan (Jeon Jong-seo) carries and points a stainless Beretta 950 Jetfire to Han "Rio" Joseph (Lee Hyun-woo)'s head in a flashback in Episode 4.
Colt M1911A1
A Colt M1911A1 is briefly seen with one of Seoul's mercenaries in Episode 9.
Daewoo K5
A Daewoo K5 is briefly seen in Tokyo's holster in Episode 3.
Multiple characters throughout the series, mostly police officers and security guards are seen using the Sipja YSR 707, a blank firing revolver.

The Heckler & Koch MP5A3 is the primary weapon of Han "Rio" Joseph (Lee Hyun-woo), Oh "Moscow" Man-sik (Lee Won-jong) and Sim "Nairobi" Young-mun (Jang Yoon-ju). Seoul (Lim Ji-yeon) is also seen with the gun on multiple occasions.
Heckler & Koch MP7
Customized Heckler & Koch MP7s equipped with EOTech EXPS3 sights and AN/PEQ laser sights are seen being used by the South Korean SOU (Special Operations Unit) officers.

Heckler & Koch HK416
The Heckler & Koch HK416 is the primary weapon of Song "Berlin" Jung-ho (Park Hae-soo) and Oh "Denver" Taek-su (Kim Ji-hoon). The rifle is also seen with some of Seoul's mercenaries.
Colt M4A1 Carbine
The M4A1 Carbine is the primary weapon of Lee "Tokyo" Hong-dan (Jeon Jong-seo).
AK-74M
The AK-74M is the primary weapon of Ko "Helsinki" Myung-tae (Kim Ji-hun) and Lee "Oslo" Sang-yeon (Lee Kyu-ho).
AKS-47
The North Korean military and other North-affiliated characters are equipped with the AKS-47.
M40A6
The Task Force snipers are equipped with M40A6 sniper rifles.

An unknown tear gas grenade is used by Seoul's mercenaries in Episode 9.
