Michael Nyqvist (1960-2017) was a Swedish actor who was well known to movie audiences for his roles in such films as Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol and John Wick. In addition, he appeared as Mikael Blomkvist in the original The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo film and its sequels. He passed away on June 27, 2017 from complications from lung cancer.
