Isaac Walton (Iddo Goldberg) aims a Blunderbuss at "The Vow" (S1E01). At the same episode, he gave it to Captain John Alden (Shane West), who fires it one time.
Numerous soldiers, include Captain John Alden (Shane West) can be seen armed with the Matchlock Muskets at "The Vow" (S1E01). Giles Corey (Kevin Tighe) briefly holds the matchlock musket at the same episode.
A VERY strange choice for the 17th-century America, a Tanegashima appeared in the hands of the soldier at "The Vow" (S1E01). Possible, the cinematographers mean, that this gun was bought, exchanged or captured from Japanese samurais and bring the Province of Massachusetts Bay. It's also more plausible, that it stands for older 16th century caliver style arquebus as tanegashimas were derived from Portuguese guns.

Trade Musket
At least one of the Indian warriors very briefly holds a Trade Musket at "All Fall Down" (S1E13).
