Lycoris Recoil (Japanese: リコリス・リコイル, Hepburn: Rikorisu Rikoiru) is a Japanese mixed-media project created by Kadokawa Corporation, Dentsu and Aniplex, including an anime television series produced by A-1 Pictures. It premiered in July 2022.
The following weapons were used in the anime series Lycoris Recoil:
Chisato Nishikigi's weapon of choice is a Detonics CombatMaster with a strike face compensator and iron sights similar to the Tokyo Marui Strike Warrior (itself an airsoft pistol based on the CombatMaster). She uses specialized 'nonlethal' rounds that break up into a fine mist similar to Simunitions.
Smith & Wesson M&P
Takina Inoue uses a Smith & Wesson M&P, normally fitted with the SilencerCo Osprey 9 Suppressor. Takina does not use 'nonlethal' rounds.
Glock 17
The standard Lycoris sidearm appears to be the Glock 17.
Makarov PM
Most bad guys seem to be armed with Makarov PM pistols.
In "Repay evil with evil", a policeman uses a Nambu Model 60 revolver.
Submachine Guns
KRISS Vector
In "Repay evil with evil", several Lycoris are seen using the KRISS Vector. Majima uses one in his duel with Chisato in "Recoil of Lycoris", presumably taken from a fallen Lycoris agent.
Assault Rifles
AKMS
The AKMS seems to be the standard 'bad guy' assault rifle, seen in the hands of hitmen sent to eliminate "Walnut".
Beretta ARX-160
In "Nature versus nurture", several Lilybell agents are seen using the Beretta ARX-160.
M16
In "Nature versus nurture", guards working for DA are seen holding M16 pattern rifles.
Sniper Rifles
Unidentified Sniper Rifle
In "Easy does it", Mika is seen handling a bolt-action sniper rifle, possibly a Remington 700.
Machine Guns
PKM
Takina settles the tense standoff between her former DA Team and some gangsters with a commandeered PKM Machine Gun in "Easy Does It". In "Nothing Seek, Nothing Find", a PKM is used by Majima to shoot a train.
M134 Minigun
In "Nature versus nurture", news footage shows hitmen using Miniguns.
Unidentified Machine Gun
In "Repay evil with evil", a machine gun is seen on a wall in Majima's hideout.
Shotguns
Kel-Tec KSG
The Kel-Tec KSG pump-action shotgun is used by Chisato in "Diamond cut diamond" and by Mika in "Recoil of Lycoris".
Rocket Launchers
Panzerfaust 3
In "Opposites Attract", a thug working for Majima uses a Panzerfaust 3.
M1 Bazooka
In "Recoil of Lycoris", an all-black Bazooka is seen on a movie poster.
Grenades
M61 Grenade
One of the hitmen hired by the hacker Roboto tries to use an M61 Hand Grenade against Chisato.
