The primary plot line of the film begins with an assassination in Belgium. The hit is staged as a murder-suicide using the victim’s licensed Browning Hi-Power.
Glock 17
A Glock 17 is seen in the hands of a gunman who attempts to kill Robert McCall (Denzel Washington). A Glock 17 also appears to be the pistol that McCall keeps in a drawer in his apartment.
A Colt M1911A1 is taken by McCall off a gangster and dual-wielded by McCall along with an M&P Compact and then the MAC-10. The pistol is also seen in the hand of Miles Whittaker (Ashton Sanders).
The Ingram MAC-10 is one of the weapons dual-wielded by McCall.
SIG-Sauer MPX
A SIG-Sauer MPX fitted with a Maxim stock, a Trijicon MRO sight and a suppressor is used by Ari (Kazy Tauginas), one of York's operatives. Later, McCall (Denzel Washington) uses this weapon.

After he hears someone entering his house, Brian Plummer (Bill Pullman) takes out a Mossberg 500 Cruiser shotgun. This shotgun is also seen on a table in a motel room.
