Manila Skies (Original title: Himpapawid - "Sky") is a 2009 psychological thriller drama film based on true events starring Raul Arellano as Raul, an impoverished labor worker in the slums of Manila. His living conditions, work and surrounding pressure cause him to form a plan to hijack a plane. This film was directed by Raymond Red, father of Filipino film director Mikhail Red.
