Fantasy break-loading musket
In a scene where the mutineers are grabbing guns, one of them can be seen with a break-loading musket, likely not existing in reality. Another break-loading musket can be seen in hands of Jim Hawkins during the defence of the Flint's stockade, finding out he has ran out of ammo.
Wick cannon
Fake machine gun
After the escape of the captain Smaulennt, Livesy and squire Trelawney from Hispaniola, pirates try to shot them from cannon, loaded like machine gun. The most famous moment at this movie. It was inspired by Rambo with his M60. Of course, it's only intentional absurdity.
