The following guns were used in the film XXX 2: State of the Union

Smith & Wesson Performance Center Model 629 (Customized)

When Darius Stone (Ice Cube) breaks into the XXX headquarters, he is armed with the exact same modified Smith & Wesson Model 629 that was used by Xander Cage (Vin Diesel) in the first XXX. Agent Toby Lee Shavers (Michael Roof) can also be seen with it during the raid on the NSA compound before he and Gibbons make their escape using the GTO from the previous film.

M4A1

The M4A1 carbine is used by many of the NSA security forces throughout the movie, most fitted with Surefire M500AB forearm weaponlights and is later carried by Agent Kyle Steele (Scott Speedman) during the scene at the Capitol, fitted with the aforementioned weaponlight and a Leupold CQ/T scope. The S.W.A.T. team sent to take down Stone at the mansion are also armed with M4A1s.

(Fake) Heckler & Koch XM8

General George Deckart (Willem Dafoe)'s men are seen using Heckler & Koch XM8 rifles throughout the movie, which are actually heavily modified G36Ks made to look like XM8s. Some are seen with underbarrel M203 grenade launchers. One of these weapons is acquired by Darius during the scene at the Capitol.

Heckler & Koch USP Compact Tactical

Unknown M1911 variants

Several M1911 derivatives are seen throughout the movie. Gibbons is usually seen using pistols of this type, and Stone finds some type of high-capacity 1911 (Para Ordnance?) on the floor of the mansion when he is being framed for murder. A compact 1911 is also seen in Gibbons' safe in his house when he is getting stuff out of there. He takes it with him, only to lose it when he is captured.

Most likely a Springfield.

The 1911 in the pic above is a rearsenaled World War 1 era Colt m1911. Notice the flat mainspring housing, there are no cut outs present behind the trigger, smaller grip safety tang, long 1911 type trigger, ect. It also has a set of World War 2 era Key Fibre grips installed. This was a common practice during WW2 to rearsenal 1911's to be like 1911a1's during the war to provide enough guns for soldiers during the war when supply couldn't meet demand for WW2 era 1911a1's. This particular gun also looks to have a Remington Rand 1911a1 slide fitted on the WW1 frame, another common practice found on Refurbished guns to have mis matched parts as guns were generally taken apart in bulk for repairs and put back together with random parts to build complete guns.
