The Protege is a 2021 action film directed by Martin Campbell and staring Maggie Q, Samuel L. Jackson, and Michael Keaton. Thirty years after Moody (Jackson) rescued Anna (Maggie Q) from Vietnam, an enquiry into an old hit results in his apparent death, sending Anna back to her homeland for revenge.
