Death Stranding is a 2019 video game developed by Kojima Productions. It is set in a post-apocalyptic world in the former USA, after an event called the "Death Stranding" that united the worlds of the living and the dead. The game follows a porter called Sam Porter Bridges (portrayed by Norman Reedus) in his attempt to reunite America.
The following weapons appear in the video game Death Stranding:
Handguns
"WellMax V6 Custom"
A fictional revolver very heavily inspired by the Chiappa Rhino with a 12 o'clock barrel placement.
Submachine Guns
M3A1 Grease Gun
M3A1 Grease Guns modified with barrel shrouds and charging handles are used by US soldiers in the WWII flashback.
Rifles
Cliff's Rifle
An unnamed rifle heavily based on the AR-15 and AR-10, but with a side charging upper receiver is seen used by Clifford Unger (portrayed by Mads Mikkelsen) and his skeleton soldiers. Note the KAC Gangster Grip-style vertical grip with integrated weaponlight, a neat touch regarding Cliff's past as an American special forces operator in Iraq.
M16 (Visually Modified)
Fictional rifles heavily based on the pre-production AR-15 and AR-10 with elements from the T48 rifle are used by American soldiers during a Vietnam War flashback in Episode 11: Clifford Unger, sometimes with an XM148 grenade launcher attached. These rifles are very clearly predecessors of the rifle wielded by Clifford Unger himself.
Lee-Enfield No.1 Mk III
The Lee-Enfield No.1 Mk. III appear in the hands of some WWI soldiers in Episode 5.
M1A1 Carbine/M14 Hybrid
A hybrid of an M1A1 Carbine and an M14 appears in the hands of various WWII soldiers in Episode 7: Clifford.
Machine Guns
M60 Hybrid
Some of the ghost soldiers in Episode 11 wield a machine gun that closely resembles the M60, with shorter barrels from the later M60E3/M60E4 variants.
M60C
American helicopters seen in Episode 11 have M60C machine guns installed above the rocket pods.
Vickers Mk. I
A Vickers machine gun can be seen in Episode 5.
Shotguns
Winchester Model 1912 "Trench Gun"
The "Trench Gun" model of the Winchester Model 1897 appears in the hands of some WWI soldiers in Episode 5.
Other
M1 Bazooka
An M1 Bazooka is used by some WWII soldiers in Episode 7: Clifford.
XM148 Grenade launcher
The XM148 grenade launcher can be seen attached to a few of the franken-ARs in Episode 11: Clifford Unger.
M18 Smoke Grenade
M18 Smoke Grenades are usable by the player. They are even described as "former US Army issue".
