The following weapons were used in the anime series Lycoris Recoil:

Smith and Wesson M&P
Takina seems to be using an Smith and Wesson M&P, normally fitted with the SilencerCo Osprey 9 Suppressor.
Makarov
The baddies in episode 1 seem to be armed mostly with Makarovs.
Rifles
AKMS
The AKMS seems to be the standard 'bad guy' assault rifle, seen in the hands of gangsters and the hitmen sent to eliminate "Walnut".
Machine Guns
PKM
Takina settles a tense standoff between her former DA Team and some Gangsters with a commandeered PKM Machine Gun.
