The Old Guard is a 2020 Netflix adaptation of the graphic novel by Greg Rucka (author) and Leandro Fernandez (artist). Rucka wrote the screenplay for the film, which was directed by Gina Prince-Bythewood. Charlize Theron stars as Andy, the leader of an unnamed band of immortal warriors. Conceptually, the film combines elements of the popular Highlander franchise with the modern John Wick sensibility, presenting an entertaining take on the fantasy of humans that don't age and can't be killed. In a nod to the characters' extreme age (the main characters are all at least several hundred years old) several of them use quasi-historical weapons as well as contemporary firearms.
The following weapons were used in the film The Old Guard :
Pistols
Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS pistol (standing in for the Beretta M9) is carried by Marine Corps MPs.

Glock 17
Most of Merrick's men use Glock 17 pistols, some of which are confiscated and used by the main characters.

Heckler & Koch HK45
Booker briefly uses an Heckler & Koch HK45 .
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Heckler & Koch HK45 - .45 ACP
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Booker covers an angle during the raid on Copely. Trigger discipline is consistently poor the entire movie, a consequence of the character's ages. Andy is over twice as old as black powder, while Joe and Nicky fought the Second Crusade and Booker fought for Napoleon. Not only do they predate any concept of firearms safety, gunshots are a mild annoyance to an immortal.
Heckler & Koch USP Compact
Joe (Marwan Kenzari ) carries a Heckler & Koch USP Compact with stainless slide as his sidearm. The pistol switches hands several times, and Nile later uses the weapon during the final battle
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Heckler & Koch USP Compact with two-tone finish - 9x19mm
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Joe draws his USP Compact after Nile's nightmare awakens the team.
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Andy then hands the pistol off to Nile as she decides to leave.
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Nile, about to discard the USP Compact, realizes the magazine is empty.
Error creating thumbnail: File missing She then uses the now-loaded USP Compact to interrogate Copley.
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Nile fires the pistol during the final battle besides an ironically placed sign.
Makarov PM
A Russian pilot brings a Makarov PM (actually probably a Norinco Type 59 stand-in) onto an airplane, where it is taken by Nile (KiKi Layne ).
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Makarov PM - 9x18mm Makarov
Error creating thumbnail: File missing The Russian pilot leaves his Makarov PM carelessly unsecured in a shoulder holster.
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Nile holds the Makarov PM.
SIG-Sauer P226
Andy holds a prop SIG-Sauer P226 with a very obviously plugged barrel.
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Standard SIG-Sauer P226 without rail.
Error creating thumbnail: File missing We never see this pistol fire, possibly because it has a metal rod welded inside the barrel.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP7
The Heckler & Koch MP7 is another weapon used by Merrick's security teams, and are frequently taken by the main characters for their own use.
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Heckler & Koch MP7A1 with 40-round magazine - 4.6x30mm

Error creating thumbnail: File missing The same woman covers the rear as the woman prepare to breach a room
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Nile peeks a door with her M4A1 before entering. Nile's PEQ-15 is sidemounted
Error creating thumbnail: File missing A pair of Marines carry slug M4A1s inside the FOB. The rifle on the left just has the carry handle in place of optics, while the one on the right has some model of Aimpoint red dot.
Heckler & Koch G36
The Heckler & Koch G36 is another weapon used by Merrick's goons, and is thus frequently "borrowed" from former users by the team.

Error creating thumbnail: File missing Norinco Type 56-1, early model with milled receiver and plastic fittings - 7.62x39mm
Error creating thumbnail: File missing We never get a clear shot of these rifles, but they appear to be Norinco Type 56.
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Afghani smugglers guard a drug-laden DC-3 armed with Type 56s.
AK-47
The Afghan bombmaker Nile shoots carries an AK-47 assault rifle (or possibly a Type 56; the muzzle is never seen).
