An over and under-type 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun in "The Skilled Hawk Hides His Crimes" by Genichi Takehara. Another is seen in "The Novelist Known as the Demon King".
Howa M1500
A Howa M1500 with a wooden stock and riflescope is seen in "The Monorail Sniper Case (Part One)".
Crossbow
A crossbow is used by a murder suspect in "MPD Transportation Department (Part Three)", which was later used in a trip wire-type trap in "MPD Transportation Department (Part Four)".
