A pump action shotgun is seen in hands of Aldo's henchman. It resembles [[Beretta Model RS-200|Beretta Model RS-200P]] but this model exists only since 1985 and the base version RS-200 has only 3-round magazine.

The Climber (L'ambizioso, literally "The ambitious") is a 1975 Italian crime movie directed by Pasquale Squitieri. Aldo (Joe Dallesandro), a small time smuggler in Naples, tries to rise in the criminal underworld and clashes with the powerful crime boss Don Enrico (Raymond Pellegrin).
The following weapons were used in the film The Climber (L'ambizioso):
Aldo's henchman Bernard (Lorenzo Piani) uses a Ruger Blackhawk revolver.
Smith & Wesson Model 36 / Riva Esterina Dobermann
Drug dealer Corrado (Giuseppe Leone) is briefly seen holding a snub nose revolver that may be a Smith & Wesson Model 36 or its Italian clone Riva Esterina Dobermann that is often seen in 1970s films. Similar snub nose revolvers are also seen in hands of Aldo's and Enrico's henchmen in various scenes. All these guns are seen briefly or in distance.
Unidentified revolver
During the shootout on the factory one of Don Enrico's henchmen holds a stainless steel or nickel plated revolver. The gun is seen only in distance.
What appears to be a Bernardelli Model 60 is seen in hands of a shooter on the shooting range.
Mauser C96
In the final scene a hitman holds a Mauser C96 pistol. This is an early "Large Ring Hammer" or C99 "Regia Marina" (the latter model has slab-sided receiver but the pistol is seen only in darkness so this detail is unclear).
Unidentified pistols
A number of unidentified pistols are seen in the scene on the shooting range.
Submachine Guns
Beretta M12
Beretta M12 submachine guns are used by both Aldo's and Don Enrico's henchmen.
