Earliest chambering?

Does anyone know what ammunition the Danish used in the Madsen machine guns adopted in 1902? I can't find any solid answers. I suspect it would be either 6.5x55 Swedish or 8x58R, but i am not sure on which, assuming it was one of those? Z008MJ (talk) 16:05, 20 December 2013 (EST)
