The following guns were used in the film Alien Vs. Predator:
Beretta Cheetah
Adele Rousseau (Agathe De La Boulaye) carries a Beretta Cheetah. Although we see her draw it several times, it is really never used.
Desert Eagle
The Weyland mercenaries use Desert Eagle fitted with lime green laser sights as thier sidearms. This weapon is most notably seen when Alexa Woods (Sanaa Lathan) uses it to kill Sebastian (Raoul Bova) after he is Impregnated by a facehugger.
Heckler & Koch G36K
Most of the Weyland mercenaries use Heckler & Koch G36Ks. And like the Desert Eagles, they too are fitted with lime green laser sights.
