Mauser C96
A Mauser C96 is seen with Svetlana in an imagine spot in "To Live".
Revolvers
Nagant M1895
The Nagant M1895 is seen with Russians as their preferred sidearm. Fumie Yamada is also seen using one at the end of "The Immortal Sugimoto Harakiri Show".
Colt Official Police
What appear to be Colt Official Police revolvers are seen with armed men in "Manslayer".
Type 26
The Type 26 is seen with 2nd Lt. Koito Otonoshin as his personal sidearm.
Battle Rifles
Arisaka Type 30
The Arisaka Type 30 is seen with Imperial Japanese Army soldiers throughout the third season, including Saichi Sugimoto aka "Immortal Sugimoto" and soldiers of the 7th Infantry Division.
Berdan Rifle
The Berdan Rifle is seen with an Orok (aka Uilta) hunter in Sakhalin in "The Border". Sofia is seen with it when she engages Okrana forces in "Revolutionary".
Mosin Nagant M1891
The Mosin Nagant M1891 is seen with Imperial Russian Army (IRA) troops in Sakhalin and back in the Russo-Japanese War. Kiroranke is seein with it in "Sin and Impurity", suggesting that he took it with him after freeing Sophie.
Murata Rifle
The Murata Rifle is once again used by Tanigaki as his main weapon. Tsukishima is likely seen with it in a flashback sequence in "Igogusa" since he said that he first saw action in China when he joined the Imperial Japanese Army. It's believed to be seen with a woman named Sophie in "Meko Oyasi".
Carbines
Winchester Model 1892
The Winchester Model 1892 returns in the third season with Hijikata, which he uses it as his main weapon.
Machine Guns
Maxim machine gun
The Maxim machine gun is used in "Revolutionary", assembled from parts hidden through the Hasegawa Photography building in Vladivostok.
Grenades
Homemade Grenades
Kiroranke uses the same homemade grenade as his weapon up north of Hokkaido.
Others
28 cm Howitzer L/10
Several 28 cm Howitzers are used by the IJA, usually seen in flashbacks to the Russo-Japanese War.
Bow
Asirpa is seen with her Ainu-made bow in the season.
