Miroslav Gradic (Karel Roden) can be seen dual wielding what appears to be CZ 75Bs fitted with suppressors. He uses them to take out British soldiers in "Legitimate Targets" (S02E01).
A terrorist is seen holding a SIG-Sauer P226 in "Nest of Angels" (S02E02). The weapon is later taken and used by Ibhn Khaldun (Alexander Siddig) to take out one of them.
Another terrorist can be seen wielding a Beretta 92FS in "Nest of Angels" (S02E02), who manages to fire off one shot before being gunned down. Armed men who are with Tom in a raid in "Hackers" (S02E03) use them, although the Glock would be a likely choiec. In "Smoke and Mirrors" (S02E10), members of a hit squad led by rogue CIA Agent Herb Zeigler/Herman Joyce (Tomas Arana) are seen using suppressed Beretta 92FS to "recruit" Michael Karharias (Bruce Payne). CIA agents are also seen aiming them on Tom, Danny and Zoe in the same episode.
In "Hackers" (S02E03), Danny Hunter (David Oyelowo) is seen using a Beretta 92FS Inox while searching an I.T center. Tom Quinn (Matthew Macfadyen) is also seen using one during the EERIE (Extreme Emergency Response Initiative Exercise) during "I Spy Apocalypse" (S02E05).
A member of Denton Franks' gang can be seen holding what looks like a CZ 83 on Tom Quinn (Matthew Macfadyen) before he's disarmed in "Briefcase" (S02E07).
Major Samuel Curtis (Reece Dinsdale) can be seen pulling an Inglis Hi-Power (here substituting for the Browning Hi-Power, which was the British military sidearm of the time) on Tom and Danny in "Military Strikes" (S02E08). It can be distinguished from the Browning by the distinctive 'humped' fixed rear sights.
In "Nest of Angels" (S02E02), authorized firearms officers are seen armed with Heckler & Koch MP5A3s, being used against Muhammed Ibhn Khaldun (Alexander Siddig). SAS/SO19 operators are seen with them, with or with no weaponlights attached.
While Ruth is listing possible threats for the week in "I Spy Apocalypse" (S02E05), one of the armed survivalists from Patmos uses a 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun. Tom Quinn (Matthew Macfadyen) is also seen using one to shoot and wound Harry Pearce in "Smoke and Mirrors" (S02E10).
Gradic's men are seen armed with Norinco Type 56-1s in in "Legitimate Targets" (S02E01). They're initially seen with suppressors when they ambush a British Army transport convoy.
British Army soldiers are seen standing guard with Enfield L85A1s in "Legitimate Targets" (S02E01). British soldiers, including an undercover Tom Quinn (Matthew Macfadyen), are also seen using them fitted with blank-firing adaptors attached to their barrels in "Strike Force" (S02E08). Rather than the correct British model of SUSAT, the rifles are actually fitted with the Swedish variant designed for the Bofors AK 5B as identified by the different mounting base.
